Returns
You may cancel before delivery or return an item within 7 days after receiving it.
How to make a return
Email eded2003@yandex.ru with the order number, the item and the reason: size, fit, quality or other. We will reply with shipping instructions.
Size exchange
If the size is wrong, we exchange it at our cost, both ways. If the size you need is out of stock, the exchange takes about 7 days; we will tell you in advance.
Return shipping
If an item simply did not suit you, you pay for return shipping. If it is faulty, we cover all delivery costs.
Return address
Contact support to confirm the receiving address before returning an item. Do not send it to a registered address without instructions. Contact
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 10 days of the request.
Faulty goods
Describe the issue by email and attach photos if useful. Your rights under the Russian Consumer Protection Law apply.
